All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping costs will include insurance. Insurance indicates that if there is a problem with your order during transit, EVYS BEAUTIQUE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for replacing any items or compensation of said item(s). Please contact your local post office or USPS for a refund or compensation for damaged goods.
COVID-19
COVID-19 updates: Packages may require more time to be delivered due to the limited transportation, as a result of the ongoing covid-19 impact. Please allow an extra 1- 2 days for shipping.

EVYS BEAUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OR STOLEN PACKAGES. EACH PACKAGES COMES WITH INSURANCE. PLEASE CONTACT USPS IF YOU THINK YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN.
evysbeautique.com will not be responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, or fees levied by the destination country.
REFUNDS
All sales are FINAL. Once checked out your order will not be eligible for cancellation. Please make sure that you have carefully read each item description and each ingredient. Please review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
DISCREPTANCIES
Please note: Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, damaged, missing items or wrong orders. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved at info.evysbeautique@gmail.com
If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Not including shipping fess and tax.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact your local post office (USPS) for a refund due to all packages include insurance rates in their shipping costs.
